Schools and colleges need to be effectively led by leaders and managers who are well supported and developed to meet and succeed in an immensely challenging education environment.
Hackney NEU members understand the importance of supporting senior leaders who are a part of the union. These members are vital as they are able influence policy and listen to members concerns with a mutual understanding. As the leaders of education it is important we encourage senior leaders to become members to be in a good position to support the teachers and support staff in their workplace.
